Replacement Fire Alarm System – Residential Building – Grade 2 Listed

Research/Solution

The building is Grade 2 listed and accommodates over 129 apartments. The existing fire alarm system was deemed obsolete and in need of replacement.

Implementation

Due to the Grade 2 listed nature of the building, the existing cabling was re-used and the field devices changed out loop by loop to ensure there was no down time on the system. The cause & effect programmed in line with the clients requirements. All work was carried out in normal working hours so not to disrupt the tenants.
