This week marks Mental Health Awareness Week, an important reminder that mental health matters just as much as physical health, both inside and outside the workplace.
A huge thank you to Andys Man Club for delivering such a thought-provoking webinar to our teams, raising awareness about the incredible work they do to support men’s mental health and encourage open conversations.
With a workforce that is predominantly male, sessions like these are incredibly valuable in helping break down stigma and reminding people that it’s okay to talk, ask for help, and check in on one another. It’s also important to recognise the role women can play in supporting the men in their lives; whether that’s colleagues, partners, friends, brothers, fathers, or sons. Sometimes simply asking “How are you really doing?” can make a huge difference.
ANDYSMANCLUB - It's Okay To Talk is a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK
