BT Redcare has officially confirmed that it will cease all operations on 15 December 2025, marking the end of its long standing alarm signalling services. Originally scheduled for August 2025, the closure date was extended to provide customers with more time to transition to alternative alarm monitoring solutions.

If your fire or intruder alarm system currently uses BT Redcare signalling, you must take action before 15 December 2025.
